and this wkd...it's gonna be tough. i only have about 16 days left here...it's kinda depressing. one of my good friends isn't graduating this year, so next year will be his 'super' year. so this saturday (tomorrow actually) he'll be throwing a senior bash at his dope crib. maaaaaaaaaaaayn...it'll be alot of drunk emotional seniors singing along to the new wave. yay to the new wave!!! erasure yah!!!

so i know i'm a lil young to know about new wave...but if u think about it, i have an older sister and older cousins. i know new wave.

and lets talk about booty house music. MAYN! i think kids nowadays are sooooooooo used to dancing to trance and progressive, that they have NO CLUE about how to dance to booty music. well, let's just point out the asian community...for now ;). i'm serious. i've only seen a couple o' youngins that know how to dance decently to booty music. how sad is that?!?!? maybe it's just the fact that they're just too young, but still. geez. i dunno about u, but progressive (and especially trance) just seems so sterile and monotone. and repetitive as hell. and i HATE repetitive songs. like that bryan adams song...where he keeps saying i love you or something??? i dunno. i prefer not to think about it.

and why am i so chatty? maybe because it's 5am and no one else is awake. and i get no phone calls...OH WAIT...no, i do get phone calls, but only when my sister is BORED. yes. thank you.

as of late, Stevie Nicks - Landslide (acoustic/live) & Lighthouse - High ...but there are more songs out there that'll make me cry. but these seem to be the biggies of the moment.

RIIIIIIIIIIIGH!!! hahahaha ;)

Josie and the Pussycats - You don't see me, Chaka Kahn - Love me still, Les Miserable - On My Own (broadway version), Jason Mraz - You and I Both (acoustic), & Maren Ord - Waiting ...but of course, there are many more that i can't do without, most being from musicals, acoustic songs or slow jams.

i admit. i love slow jams. and almost anything acoustic. you wanna make a song pretty? just play it with an acoustic guitar and nothing else. that'll turn me on. hehehehe ;)
